Local governments in North Carolina located in areas impacted by Hurricane Helene can now apply for grants from the new Small Business Infrastructure Grant Program (SmBIZ), a $55 million dollar fund designed to rebuild the damaged infrastructure that small businesses rely on to operate and thrive.
WNC Strong is a coalition of partners dedicated to creating meaningful support for small business owners in our region impacted by Hurricane Helene.
The WNC Strong collective was formed with a commitment to rebuild Western North Carolina thoughtfully and collaboratively. We are currently focused on raising capital and providing essential resources to meet the immediate needs of affected small business owners, while also engaging in discussions about the long-term infrastructure and resources required for resilient recovery.
